Programs

At A Quantum Dream, we’re passionate about creating engaging and inclusive artistic experiences. Our diverse range of programming is designed to cater to various interests and abilities, ensuring that everyone finds a way to express themselves and explore the world of performance and speculative storytelling.

Theatre

We aim to bring challenging, thought-provoking theatre to Missoula that focuses on speculative themes. We are currently in pre-production for “Future Tripping” by Brian Gene White, opening at the ZooTown Arts Community Center on November 20th, 2025. For more information on “Future Tripping,” please visit The Present. To review our previous productions, visit The Past.

Education

The arts should be accessible to everyone. Our educational offerings are tailored to inspire learners of all abilities, including teens, adults, and older adults. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment where everyone can thrive.

Acting Classes

No matter what you might have heard, acting isn’t mysterious nor is it complicated, but its challenge is in its simplicity. Improve your confidence, interpersonal communication skills, memory, public speaking and media literacy by taking one of our acting classes. A focus on mindfulness, goals, and listening are appropriate for a newbie or an actor looking to stay sharp. We offer classes for teens, adults, and encourage older adults to consider joining us as well. All abilities welcome!

Movement

Using a blend of methods to inspire creative movement, get in touch with your body and hone one of the most important tools an actor has.

Voice

Learn to use the instrument you were born with. Get the word out. Be heard. Be understood. In our voice offerings, we focus on relaxed, full-bodied speech for stage and screen. Voice acting and dialect coaching is also available; contact us if you’d like a private session.

We do not offer singing classes or lessons at this time.

Accessibility Services

We offer accessibility and disability ettiquette trainings for organizations as well as audio description services. Please visit our Services section for additional information.

Art Initiatives

Our goals for 2026include the “Red Shift” series:

Our Red Shift series is a monthly event that features interdisciplinary arts performances centered around a unifying theme. Each month, we delve into a question about humanity’s future, exploring it through various artistic mediums. These performances are designed to be thought-provoking, inspiring conversations and reflections on where we are headed as a society and as individuals in an ever-evolving world.
